As part of your application, please upload a short video (2–5 minutes). The purpose of the video is simply to help us hear your voice before inviting singers to a rehearsal and audition. Please introduce yourself briefly and then perform a piece of your choice that best demonstrates your voice.

You may sing:

• A classical solo
• An art song
• An aria
• A musical theatre selection
• A folk song
• A hymn
• Any other work that showcases your voice

You may sing with or without accompaniment. The recording does not need to be professionally produced. A phone 'selfie' recording is perfectly acceptable. We just want to hear your voice.

We encourage you to demonstrate:

• Vocal quality
• Musicality
• Tone
• Range
• Expression

For singers who wish to demonstrate range, you may also include a simple ascending and descending scale.
